2. Services Provided

Justian Time Repair LLC provides appliance repair, TV mounting, and assembly services throughout Central Florida. All services are subject to availability and scheduling.

• Service calls are subject to a $79 fee, which is waived if the repair is completed
• All repairs come with a warranty on parts and labor as specified in your service agreement
• Estimates are provided before work begins

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise arranged. We accept various forms of payment including cash, credit cards, and electronic payment methods.

• A service call fee of $79 applies for diagnostic visits
• The service call fee is waived when repairs are completed
• Additional charges may apply for parts and materials
• Prices quoted are estimates and may vary based on actual work required

4. Scheduling and Cancellations

We strive to accommodate your preferred service times. However, scheduling is subject to technician availability.

• Please provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
• Late cancellations may be subject to fees
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances

5. Warranty and Liability

We stand behind our work with warranties on parts and labor. However, our liability is limited as follows:

• Warranty terms vary by service and will be specified in your service agreement
• We are not liable for pre-existing damage or issues not related to our services
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided
• We are not responsible for consequential damages

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure safe and efficient service, customers are responsible for:

• Providing safe access to appliances and work areas
• Ensuring pets are secured during service visits
• Disclosing any known hazards or issues with the appliance
• Following maintenance recommendations provided by our technicians

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Justian Time Repair LLC and protected by copyright laws.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be handled according to Florida state law.
